The John Dory has the reputation to be an excellent Fish. A lot of Restaurateurs like to have John Dory upon their Menus. The John Dory is also called 'St Pierre' or Peter's Fish (St Peter's Fish). The John Dory Fish is golden yellow and possess two black spots on either side of its flanks which confuses its preys for its eyes while the John Dory process to attack to eat the other Fish.
