Soya Beans, small in shape but mighty in taste.

The Soya Bean is decidely part of Asian culture and there is no wonder why. First the Soya Beans originate from East Asia. Secondly it can be used in so many manners from seedlings to having the Beans from a grown plant. Thirdly it is full of Proteins, Vitamin B, Dietary Minerals and more.

In Asia you fields after fields of Soya Beans. It is so because this humble is a staple there which not humans but also farm animals for its richness in Proteins. Not only that it is widely exported to other countries worldwide in many forms. So its cultivation can be called as intensive.

If we speak about the versatility of the produce made from Soya Beans it is I dare a great of a lot. We already spoke about it to feed animal. But we need to mention how it feeds human in so many ways. I guess everyone who loves possess in his or her Condiment Cupboard Soy Sauce, which comes in light form to use to pour upon a plate to add more saltiness but in dark form which is actually used while you cook the dish. Dark Soy as a more rounded and subtle flavour but still bring that element of saltiness to a dish which when on a plate can be adjusted to its own taste with light Soy sauce by the people eating eat. Like my aunty used to say 'you can add more salt but can never take it away.' So in that manner everyone got to chose the level of saltiness upon their plates.

Soy Sauce the friend of any condiments cupboard.

Soya Beans are also used to create a Miso Paste, often use in Soups to add flavour and in many over dishes. It comes in White Miso which is sweeter in taste coming from White Soya Beans, and Black Miso which is stronger in taste which comes from Black Soya Beans. I can only advise you all to try Miso Paste it add depth of flavours to a dish.

For Vegetarians Soya Beans products provide a good replacement for Meat as it is full of Proteins and Vitamins B and D, Tofu is a good example of that. But Soya Beans can be the base of shaped Burgers and Sausages for people whoo just turn or decided to go for veggie produces. It does encourage families to try a one Vegetarian night per week. This has been recommanded to keep an healthy diet, along with two nights with portions of Fish which one should be white and one should be an oily Fish full of Omega 3 and the rest can be Meat.

Tofu is good source of Protein and a perfect alternative to Meat.

Now other produces made from Soya Beans are suitable for the people who suffers from Dairy intolerance. There is Soy Milk, we have Soy yogurts, Soy Ice cream... 

This to say that Soya Beans has been throughout time extremely useful to many, I could carry on by saying what would be a good Stir Fry without Soy Sauce within it? I wonder. I will also add that Soy sauce is an excellent medium for lots of different dips.
