This Breakfast charges you up with fuel to burn for the Morning. It is nutritif as well as substantial. However it is lighter than a full English Breakfast. Hence it is somewhat faster to prepare. With the combination of Eggs, Bacon, Tomatoes and Toasts it can't go wrong but also it does turbo charge anyone who will have a hard or busy day at work with a tasty begining.

Frying the Smoked Bacon Rashers is the first thing to do. A drop of Oil in the frying Pan is usually not needed especially if it is a non stick frying pan. However sometimes it is, still depending on the pan. When done put the Bacon on a Kitchen Towel to let them dry a little and to get rid of their excess fat.

Second Butter the Toasts and put them under the Grill. Make you turn them half way through for a golden colour on either side of the Toast. Cut your grilled Toast in triangles from one corner edge to the other. Put them on the plate along with the Bacon Rashers. Add to the frying pan the slices of Tomatoes.

The pan will still have the residue of fat from the Bacon which will help frying the Tomatoes, crack two to four Eggs in the Pan to Fry. Turn your Tomato slices. Season the Eggs and Tomatoes. The Eggs are ready when the contour of them is very sligthly golden brown. Then it is time to serve them with the care to not break the centre, the precious Yolk. It does sound like military operation in the Kitchen but how many of us did break Yolks during the tranfer from the fryng pan to the plate.

Add the slices of Tomatoes upon the plates then finish off by decorating the Breakfast with a few Basil Leaves. The rest is just to take a seat to enjoy your morning Breakfast.
