Billoniare Trifle.

Desserts done in layers and within a glass deep dish or just a glass are highly enjoyable. The visual effect of the colourful layers appeals to the palate. But another pleasing aspect is definitely the dig into the Dessert just to mix all the layers.

Chocolate Brownies and Raspberries Dessert.

There is the pristine way where you want to keep all the layers distinct but at the end of the day as they end in your palate, they will eventually mix inside the mouth. So there I will say that the taste and the texture are also very important in those Desserts.

In term of texture a little crunch or biscuit or cake component is nice to have but not totally essential. In a dessert served in a glass bowl a certain amount of gooyeness is necessary or even fruityness...

I will always remember the colourful Fruit Salad of my Mum with great delight. It was a fairly random one but it was nice and on a New Year's Eve most welcomed as well. Confession for confession they were a little boozy with either Grand Marnier or Rum.

Fruit Salads are joyful as well as colourful but also they can be made with seasonal Fruits.
