    Caesar Salad with a Twist.

    Once upon a time there was a humble Salad which was loved by many. She was called by the name of a great Roman however it was really the name of a very think upon his feet Cook called Caesar. Working in a Restaurant in the State of Mexico, Caesar created the Salad out of what he had left and he did his best.

    Ingredients

    Croutons, Home Made preferably.

    Lettuce of your choice but also the amount of your choice. I like a combination of crispy Lettuce like the Iceberg one and a softer Lettuce which still have a bite: Gem Lettuce, Romaine Lettuce.
